Thanks! My youngest just outgrew his XR80, we sold it a few weeks back. They're great bikes, one of my favorites. I welded that tab on today. I'm new to welding so when I got done I whacked it a few times with a hammer. It stayed put so I must've done OK. Here's a pic after dressing it up and before spraying it with primer.
