No worries. Since the replacement trim comes with holes I have no choice about using an emblem. I prefer it to be correct if possible.

What reproductions? If you know of someone reproducing these please share.
I haven't done this particular style of emblem yet so I'm no expert either. The black can be brushed, or injected by using a syringe. The silver can be done with aluminum paint and a brush. I'm not sure what would work best for the brushed aluminum panel on the end yet. I would try painting, then reproducing the grain with a Scotch bright pad.
