Yes it is the factory mount. We cut the top ears of the bount flush with the surface and then slid it back to where it would be under my T5. We added 1/4" plate and welded it on the frame and drilled two holes to match up with crossmembers holes. It sits quite a bit lower doing this so we had to add to the factory T5 mount as you can see in the photos. That T5 mount kinda looks funky to me but it works, and it saved a lot of time and fabrication using the factory crossmember.
