I do not know much on how to identify the L6 engines as I am a V8 engine guy. How can you tell that the engine is a 292? Is it because it is optioned as a Custom Camper?

This looks like it has not been running for sometime. Get the engine running. Check or replace all the drivetrain fluids. Go through the brakes, replace tires and possibly upgrade wheels and drive the heck out of it.
