I assembled the complete box off the truck. If you're doing it on the truck, raise the bed up on some stands at each corner. Crossmembers in place on the frame. Wood on top of crossmembers, then drop bed on the wood. Drill holes in wood around the perimeter of the bed and wheel tubs, and the holes that go through wood/crossmembers and frame.
