Why is it when add on electrical connections like in your picture on the brake wires people feel they need to address them. That wire could be for anything!
I don't address things like that in my answer's for one reason. I have no idea what the person who installed it was doing. The wire could be for a third brake light. Who knows what it's for.
I have been working on these trucks for over 30 years and I have seen stuff that I had no idea why it was wired as it was are how in the world it even worked.

And yes this is the same thing.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
