Click on Gallery from the blue title bar.
Click on My Albums from the blue title bar.
Click on Create a new album
Click on upload photos.
Once you upload a photo, then open the picture by clicking on it.
Right click, select properties and copy URL
In your post click on the insert image icon, then past the url of your photo.
