The following is copied from another post:
The picture first has to be uploaded to a web site (msn, free photo-i etc.). Once you have it on a web site you want to go to that site and make the picture large (no thumbnail). Right click on the picture and go to "properties" at the bottom of the window. Highlight the address (URL) and then right click on the highlighted address. Select "copy".
Now, come back to this site and start your post. To get the picture to show up here you will need to paste (right click and then select "paste") the address (URL) in your post with this in front of it..... [img] and this right after it........ [/img]
So it should look something like this:

www.mypicture.com/filename.jpg [/img]
