The eBay version of the PS pump bracket eliminates the need for a double groove pulley on the alternator (I think).

As far as hoses go, I had a terrible time finding the right high pressure PS hose. I had a 1974 1/2 GM truck PS gear box (SAE fittings) and a 1969 PS pump (SAE fittings). I could NOT find a high pressure hose that had the correct fitting for BOTH ends. Then by dumb luck, the NAPA part store sold me a hose that was perfect. I needed to make two 90 degree bends in the metal hard line and it looks like it was made for it. Correct length and everything. See pics.

So save this info if you have an inline 6 and plan to connect a PS pump to a PS gear box and are having trouble finding the correct high pressure line.
