A PCV valve I believe is basically just a restricted check valve, like Ls1nova said it probably wont make a difference. You wouldnt really gain anything from it.
If you have your DOD disabled through a tune or obd2 device then it should never become a problem. Problems arise from a pin in the lifter getting worn or dirty and getting stuck in the open position, then the lifter will only collapse and never regain its solid status. If you are not moving those pins they shouldnt get stuck open.
