Take a look at the GMT400 center caps. I have a set on my 76 along with stainless trim rings. They don't look out of place.
You can get em with Bowties or GMC logos Gm used em on both nameplates.
The GMT400 & GMT800 center caps use poly nuts that thread onto the outside of the lug nuts to hold them in place.
The stock T400 & T800 lugs are 14x1.5mm dual thread lug nuts.
You'll need the 9/16-18 SAE dual thread lug nuts. They're readily available for installing the GMT800 PY0 Aluminum wheels and they work on steel wheels as well.

If you're looking for factory correct dog dish caps Evilbay or salvage are your easy options.
