His wife did tell me "all that is there is 2 wires so the speedometer is correct".
I'm not knowledgeable enough to tell the difference between the two. Can you or anyone enlighten me. I'll be doing a lot of research on all of this over the next few days. I'm going to get eyes on it this weekend as long as our schedules work out.

Any ideas on top speed?
