Thanks for the responses guys. I think i'll just order the Holley pan while i'm ordering the swap brackets. I'd like to use the camaro pan so I can keep the factory engine sealed up but guess its not in the cards. Guess the benefit will be not having to buy 8 quarts of oil to fill the new pan up, like the stock camaro pan.
Looks like Holley has some trans spacers for other kits for the 6L80E so I may just buy a one of the others and some shims to temporary get to 11/16" in height. I'm sure the actual spacer will be released before I get all the wiring and plumbing done and ready for a test drive again.
