It’s 38’ x 26’ with a 9’ x 34’ car port on the back.
The only real crappy part about it is that I have to keep the heat at about 7degrees all winter as it has a a bathroom and thus running water. For some reason when they built the garage, they put the water meter in there. So i cant even drain the system in the winter. Just means I have work in there with regularity or else I’m just throwing money away.

Nice. You are fortunate to have such a garage in town. I'm in the sticks and there is no place to locate anything that size on the property. Looking forward to moving where it can happen, or buy a play that already has what I need like you did.
