Here's the seal installed backwards from the way it should be. This photo was taken at the top of the door and you can see the seal installed this way will protrude past the lip of the door a little

Thanks man, glad you posted that. But this guy in the video says that the edges of the weatherstrip point TOWARD the cab, and you can clearly see that he is installing it that way:
