That is a lot of rust on the roof. More and more parts for the cab are available now, but you could also look for a donor cab - they aren't impossible to find.

When you take the pictures, have your phone in landscape orientation (home button on the right) and they should post correct.

I have a chocolate lab that likes to sit on car seats too. Took the picture with the phone upright, whoops.
