Since you are not using the springs over, then the torch would be the easiest. Other than that I would roll that thing outside and remove the top A arm nut and smack the side of the spindle with a big ball peen to separate. It will jump, but you have the weight of the x-member and the spindle to absorb the energy. Just be careful
