The build sequence number on the VIN is low (just over one thousand) if I’m reading it correctly. Not sure how many units that line was producing daily but I imagine your Flint Blazer was assembled in one of the early weeks of 72 model year production. As such, I suspect it was assembled before Flint began installing single wall tops and it probably has a double wall top. Correct?
Double wall K5s and some early single wall examples didn’t have the speaker where pickups do (later single walls did). These trucks had a speaker bolted to the undersurface of the dash. Here’s an example pic.
It’s a really interesting SPID that makes me wonder if it was a fleet government order as the GVW is called out. No idea why the top has two rpo’s listed. Other items of note include the spare tire cover (included w CST so why list?), four tire rpo’s, and lack of paint description.
