Mine seem to be hanging up on the fuzzy side and not the outside rubber sweep. Same thing though...the metal sash that attaches to the glass hits the fuzzy and tries to push it up. I can push a little on the glass and it will then clear the lip of the fuzzy and allow the metal sash to come all the way up and sit in between the sweeps.
