I always had the impression the top of the brackets were installed with the #3 phillips, but picture #3 & #4 in post 85 look right to me too, on the assumption they're GR 5 bolts. Similar bolts were used for the front bed panel (e.g., "RBM"), for example.

Doc makes a good point, many were installed post factory.

Looks clean 72 Tigger.

The bolts on the Blue one are grade 5.

Fastenal has the 5/16 inch "Round Head" Philips machine screws in stainless or Zinc plated. I bet any well stocked hardware store would have them too.
