So let me ask, because I really don't know- you can buy replacement charcoal for these filters? If so, does that really mean that it "dissipates"? I'm not bagging on you, I just want to know. What does Lowes have to do with that charcoal? Or am I just a rube, and you're yanking my chain? :P
