Any time I see "rare" in any add I figure the seller is trying his/her hand at being a flipper. It looks like pretty decent old Bell service truck and I'd have put the Bell pat in the add as there guys who are really into those old Bell service trucks.

I'd agree an unmolested Chevy truck that year in that shape is a bit rare though, that one looks like it lead a pretty good life over the years.

It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.
