I just purchased an HO32 third member that I had shipped to Canada. It was inside a plastic bag, inside a milk crate, inside a cardboard box the same size as the milk crate. The cardboard box had many layers of plastic wrap around it. The third member was padded inside the milk crate with carpet and and underlay scraps, and then all the padding was tied down to the milk crate with twine. Arrived in great shape! I will see if I can attach some pictures.
