This is the plan, but I thought it was the negative side of the battery that you did this on? I was up under the dash yesterday finishing up the vent hose routing and noticed the horn relay was hot. I pulled it out until I can get back to it, but I'm betting that is the first place I should look for the issue since the horn isn't working.
