Is it possible you have the long shaft one and need the short shaft one?

Im running a C3 disc/disc master on my one of my HB setups.
My HB has the short shaft. I still think this is the issue, but the shop that now has it thinks it is the calipers themselves. They could not get the pressure to release at the MC or prop valve but it does at the calipers. I'm just not sure I am buying that both Wilwood calipers are bad.
