In addition to the second mounting cup, you also need the rear knobs. And you'll need a power wire, speaker with radio plug, speaker mounting bracket, mount on the inside of the firewall, and the radio backstrap bracket.
Yes, I recommend installation by removing the glove box (and a few ducts if you have factory air). I did mine recently--it is straightforward if you have everything.
