I was just happy there wasn't any leaks.
Glad I'm not the only one.
My bathroom/laundry room updates ended up costing almost 4K. Washer/dryer, cabinets, countertop, new toilet, floor levelor, backer board, everything to do tile, bunch of trim, some paint, and everything else has gone flipping nuts.
I'd love to pay someone, but I'm still at that point where I'm not ready to give up what I can control yet. You have no idea how hard it was letting someone walk around in my attic tearing stuff out for the air handler. Worth every damn penny. Apparently our original air handler was set up wrong and used the wrong ducting... it's soooooooooo much better now, you can feel the air coming out of the vents AND this new system hardly runs compared to the old one running all the time. It's hard finding people to trust. I luckily have a friend that does real estate and has a bunch of rentals. He has "people" he's used for 10+ years. I just cheat and use his people
