All I buy is Weber's. With one exception. I do have a Big Green Egg. I can get it up to 500+ degrees. Good for pizza.

There was a long time that I wouldn't even consider using a gas grill.(Blasphemy!

) But we got a place in the Angeles National Forest and that was all you could have due to a high fire hazard. No open flames allowed. I've gotten pretty good at the gas grill. I have a 3 burner Weber. The 3 burner is nice. I like that grill. It works great. The best part is that my friend gave it to me for free. It's old. But I like the old ones better. They are simple. Like me.

I use it when I'm in a hurry or just too lazy to deal with lighting a fire. Which is often.(Not the hurry part).
