I would say that the UP419R would probably be correct. The UP part would just be a different manufacturer than the BS part.
I am going to post all of the part numbers in the thread about my Dana 60 install in my '68 C20 in a bit.

Thanks....makes me feel a little better since my truck has that same rear.....Dana 60 Powerloc with 3:54 gears (factory big block TH400 truck). Received new drums from NAPA which look identical to the drums that were on it and probably factory, but too far gone to reuse. Fingers crossed the shoes match what came off. Good info and thanks for posting part numbers for future and surely others will run into this, and there are several posts on the topic.
