I've got an idea for another way of doing it, but it would be even more work.
Swap the cab for a pickup cab, so it can set down deeper on the chassis. The bed and front clip would be lowered to match. The radiator, transmission, and possibly the engine could be an issue.
The rear fenders are sectioned and lengthened to properly clear the rear wheel diameter.
The front fenders are fabricated out of rear dually fenders mounted at the same height, and also sectioned to clear the front wheel diameter.
