How long did he 'think' he owned your property before he went about clearing a building lot? I'm thinking he went right at it. All jazzed up and in a hurry to make himself some money off the lot. So he jumps right into it both feet forward based on a picture. What a fool, it's got to cost him. He can sue the real estate agency for using a false picture. That ain't your problem.
