Yeah, it's take a chance on replacement crap/new plastic or take a chance on OEM being brittle. These ain't no metal '72 parts. We are now seeing plastic is not best for the long haul (no news here). I'm trying to find that adapter harness used. $200 for some wire and plugs so I can use a $100 replacement control panel doesn't set well.
