The title of this thread keeps grinding on me. Seems like awfully harsh punishment for a vehicle modification violation. Attack the vehicle not the driver. The driver can be a safe driver in a safe vehicle. There is no moving violation here. Why can't they drive something else? The truck can be ordered off the road immediately. It can be impounded.
