I eat kale and don't eat hot dogs. I might once in a rare blue moon eat one, but probably because that's all I'm offered. Why eat hot dogs when you can eat a sausage? You can make kale delicious when done right. I grew up eating greens. My mom is a great cook. We'd put vinegar on the leafy greens. These days I prefer it slow cooked with spices. Kale probably is my least favorite greens though. Give me collard greens, spinach, beet tops...mmmm
