Only back east we'd call it a west coast truck and the IH is the one called a Westcoaster. We use west coast truck to identify any truck with the distinct differences found on trucks from the west coast region. It could also be a short little single rear tractor set up to haul doubles or a truck/trailer combo, which we didn't have back east. Still don't do the truck/trailers here
