Thank you Jiggers - finally got to drive around after replacing my starter a little while ago. It really changes the feel inside of the cab.
I also got myself a fully chrome tailgate handle from Auto Metal Direct (it is where I actually bought my tailgate from). Sadly I didn't notice my ship to was still setup for my brother to pick up the freight shipping for the replacement tailgate - so I'll have to wait extra time before I'll get it.
