That webbing is what interferes w/big brake calipers which is why spacers are required for clearance.

The rear wheels, the ones in the pictures do have a spacer and fit over 4 piston wilwoods, the front ones have no spacer and are over the large piston GM caliper which I think are larger interference wise than the Wilwood…
