To me, no mention of cab should be needed, it's just a cab. I just add extended cab or crew cab when referring to those trucks.

Here is a sharp '92 Sportside. The only thing I might add would be a diesel bumper for an added touch of aggressive.

To my eyes it needs an airdam first and foremost. Otherwise it's pretty much perfect.
