Depends on how motivated you are.

I worked swing shift for 40 years so I'm up all night. I work on radios and old test gear in my "lab" among other things.
You should've seen the look of terror I got when I came out the door fully dressed and wide awake at 4AM when the driveway light came on and I heard some noise.
I figured it was a black bear and I went out the door armed to deal with one of them.
I like the reputation as "The crazy old guy that's awake all night."
