That’s what I normally do but after 15 nuts not sticking with weld in the center I had that moment of genius.
The motor is a core to me, heads are 243s with Ls6 springs and don’t have 500 miles on them. Hoping to sell the engine or the heads. Plus I have an Ls2 intake now I won’t be using that literally got put on a week ago.

The new engine is an LY6, iron block 6.0 with rectangle port 823s and for good measure put an ASA cam in it. Should be healthy this time.
