Something is going on internally with Pay Pal. All of a sudden this morning I'm getting all these e-mails about how my account has limitations and has 'questionable transactions' now, and they want all kinds of new info--photo id, copies of bank account statements, what kind of business I have and what I do. Not doing anything questionable, same stuff for the past 20 years.
