Funny enough, on the 1968 that I cut, it had the holes for the bumper brackets already present after cutting the 8? inches off the back of the frame. So, I didn't need to drill new ones.

I'm sure someone else has a drawing posted on this message board for these holes, but my quick search couldn't find one.
yep my 68 frame was like that. So was a 71 and a 72 that we have cut down in the past. The holes were already there.
