The pin in post 23 is worn out. Very well worn out at that. The bushing be worn though too. Simply lots of miles and probably not enough grease. These suspensions still want to be greased every thousand miles even with modern grease.

I don't ever remember seeing spring bolts for small trucks = 1/2-3/4 ton with grease grooves in them. It would be very hard to clock them to get the groove where you would want it.
