Re: New Truck Find - 72 C10 Cheyenne - THE STORY

You got that spot on! The truck did find me. You get it. There's a reason for everything (well most things) in life. In this case, the truck coming to me is a no brainer, but it also helped the previous 80 year old woman. She shared with me that she sold it to a local, country dealership and she felt in hindsight that they took advantage of her by giving her too little of a price. She then told me she got $25k for it. I then shared what I paid. The dealership clearly did not make much at all by taking it to auction. I also think she knows clearly how much I love the truck and that I will only make it better, continuing the journey that the truck is owed.
