There is an OE division bar channel insert, that would slide inside of that section, but you would reuse that stainless strip. there is also a thin felt insert with adhesive backing, but also re-uses that stainless strip.

Then, there are pre-assembled divison bars, already done, with the stainless and felt. I have no experience with this type.

I don't know of any place to purchase new stainless strips for the division bar.
