Oh I know. Also [before RADAR] the best way of checking your six to see if some speed cop was tracking you. Of course, since Nixon's 55 MPH national speed limit was repealed, it's not such a critical issue.
I've had it up to 80 MPH on the freeway, but the cacophony of 50+ y.o. parts and +400K miles is not just deafening but scary.
