Rewiring my 1994 Sierra with a Painless Wiring Harness after deleting the computer,AC, TBI etc.. Can I run a lead from the Battery to the Bus Bar on the Firewall, then all the terminals on the Bus Bar will be HOT?

I need to power my Fan, Fuel Pump, Lights and Power Windows.
