Anytime I find an opportunity to point out a potential conflict on this build, I do so because it's so incredibly rare. Since you are LS swapping you will need to install a double-pole brake switch so the PCM gets the signals it needs to control the torque converter (assuming you have a Gen III LS and are going with an automatic). PSI and BP Automotive both sell them:
