For the question on why Fremont trucks make up 1/3 of the list, I believe it is due to the fact that Fremont issued build sheets and most other factories (including Flint) did not. This increases the chance that a line item is added to the Fremont list in two ways:
1) Simply having a third data source (build sheet) increases the odds of discovering build date info for a given truck.
2) When you only have a protecto plate and (especially) a door sticker to narrow down dates, it takes a lot of trucks / data points to draw any meaningful conclusions.

To elaborate on point #2: Once you establish that 1F610000 and 1F620000 are both made in December (just making numbers and dates up), then you can safely assume that all other serial numbers in between those numbers are also made in December. And therefore, if I then find a door sticker for 1F611111 that shows a December build date, I don't add the 1F611111 serial number to the list. So even though there are a lot door stickers for Flint trucks in existence, they often don't make the list because the list already infers that 1F611111 was a December truck based on the known serial numbers. That doesn't necessarily mean that a higher percentage of Flint trucks aren't on the road--I'm just not listing all the serial numbers that I come across.

Clear as mud?

Yep, that would be my guess too.

That serial number is currently the last Fremont serial number on the list at this moment.
You almost had me straightened out, but then I read you wouldn't add 1F611111 to the list Could be I'm a lost cause. Good questions above.

I had forgotten about the sequence number.
