Generally speaking yes . You can see a pattern in the list of carburetors that in 1966 they started adopting the year into the carburetor number . Even in 1966 it wasn’t 100% . 1967 and up it became more common. The actual date code is explained in this picture. Now if you look at Pimstons carb tag 7027009 it’s a 67 carb number but has a M8 date for 1968 . This means it’s an over the counter service replacement made after production
I don’t see a 3 or 8 in the list so most likely a 9
